As a recent bride I know all too well the feeling of waking up as newlyweds on the morning after your wedding and wanting to scroll through all the pictures from your wedding day to relive the magical moments. But what if you open your phone to see you have a couple of selfies together and maybe some blurry pictures from great Auntie Susan! Sorry Susan, you didn’t meet the brief, we need more!

I am a very creative person and have a passion for calligraphy, so I have always been drawn to the wedding industry, I know how important the little details are. The handmade place names, the seating plan that you spent hours on and the ribbons you spent all night tying. To me these are also a significant part of your wedding day whether they have been handmade or not, and sometimes they can be missed or forgotten, so having that time before the guests arrive to photograph and get videos of the set up will always be considered.

I would not only be your behind the scenes creative, but I will plump up the bride’s dress, fix that strand of hair, move that unwanted object, put the bride’s bouquet into water whilst she eats and just be a positive influence to turn to if stress levels start to peak.

I am confident in knowing what looks good but by no means am I replacing your photographer or videographer, I will be working alongside them and not getting in their way is very important to me. Capturing your authentic love for each other behind the scenes is where you will find me!
